Luan Studio will contact the client after receiving their request. We will have a call in which we will talk about your brand and objectives and meet soon after. Once we meet, we will send you an account to make the deposit for 70% of the project’s cost, after the deposit is made, we will send you the date on which we will begin your project.

To start your project we will send you a questionnaire, this will help us to better understand your idea. Then you will receive a creative summary (moodboard) in which we will include a color palette, inspirations, typography and much more.

In the design process, after the creative summary is accepted, and with power of the idea we will make your dream come true. We will present the proposals for each element of the brand. We love to be visual and we will show you the final design with the option of refining the concept up to three times. Feedback must be given within three days, otherwise, we will have delays. If extra charges are needed you will be charged an extra, depending on the changes made.

At this point, once everything has been approved, you will have to make the deposit of the remaining 30%. Thereafter, we will make sure to send you all of the files for printing or digital use and you will be ready to launch your brand.
